The starting point and scope depend on your business’s maturity, priorities and the results you want to achieve. ## The reviews The two levels everything starts with. Both end in a written report, ordered by what costs you the most. - [Digital Accessibility Review](https://ergostrat.com/en/digital-accessibility-review.html) One conversation and read-only access. How reachable your business is digitally, for customers through the website and for your own people through email, documents, orders and reports. On the website we check up to 10 pages against WCAG 2.2 level AA, the web accessibility standard, with the automated checker axe-core and the NVDA screen reader. Report within ten working days. - [Expert Review](https://ergostrat.com/en/expert-review.html) The whole workflow, usually three to six linked processes, mapped end to end with the people who run it. Three to four weeks. A workflow map and a findings report, each finding with the value of the time it costs today. ## The website - [Website Review](https://ergostrat.com/en/website-review.html) We crawl the whole site, up to 500 pages, and measure five areas: speed, search signals, web accessibility, forms and broken journeys. Lighthouse and axe-core, automated measuring tools, measure speed and accessibility; forms and journeys we also check by hand. A Findings Report and a Fix List within ten working days. - [Website Design and Build](https://ergostrat.com/en/website-build.html) A static website, meaning pages with no content management system behind them, with WCAG 2.2 level AA as an agreed technical target. The acceptance test measures speed, weight and accessibility with Lighthouse and axe-core against the thresholds in the written decision. You sign it before the last instalment, and one of your colleagues can maintain the site alone. - [AI Search Visibility](https://ergostrat.com/en/ai-search-visibility.html) We measure whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews name you or a competitor, across 50 questions in total on five platforms.
