Privacy Policy

This site collects nothing on its own. There are no forms, cookies, analytics or third-party services. The only thing we receive from you is the email you choose to send us.

2. What we process

Email. When you write to contact@ergostrat.com we receive your address, the name you give, the text of the message and any attachments.

Server logs. The site's host keeps standard records of every request: IP address, time, requested address and browser type. We use them only for security and troubleshooting. Provider: Calderra Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria. Log retention: as long as needed for server security and maintenance, under the host's own policy. We keep no separate copy and use them for nothing else.

Please do not send us sensitive data, such as health information (Article 9 of the Regulation) or national ID numbers, or data about third parties unless the enquiry needs it.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and discuss possible work together: Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, steps prior to a contract at your request, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering incoming enquiries. You initiated the contact and expect a reply, so our interest does not override your rights.

4. Cookies and tracking

None. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: the fonts and the process map come from our own server. That is why there is no consent banner.

5. Who else sees the data

The provider of our hosting and mail server, Calderra Ltd., Bulgaria, which processes it on our instructions and not for its own purposes. We do not sell or pass data to anyone else and do not transfer it outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

6. How long we keep it

Email: 24 months after our last exchange. If we start working together, the period is set by the contract and by accounting law. Server logs: the period in section 2.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@ergostrat.com. We reply within one month.

8. Right to complain

You may also complain to the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work (Article 77 of the Regulation).

9. Automated decisions and marketing

We make no decisions about you by automated means alone; a person answers your email. We will not send you marketing messages on the basis of an enquiry. If we ever want to, we will ask separately and you can refuse at any time.

10. Data during our work for you

What we receive from you in the course of any of our services, for example a review, a website build, an automation or monitoring, such as a site address, access to a form, accounts or tools, is governed by the contract for that work, not by this page.
