The Digital Accessibility Review sees the whole process.
ErgoStrat measures how a company works on the digital side, from the website and email to documents, orders and reports, and sets out in writing what is worth changing. You receive a findings report, with each item valued by the time it currently costs you. We then build websites and automations and hand them over with a signed acceptance test.
By impact and by urgency
Ordered by impact, not by ease.
The easy thing is visible at once, which is why it gets done first. We order things the other way round: first what costs you the most, even when it is the hardest. Every step stands alone and has a measurable result.
Your work today is scattered across dozens of tools that do not talk to each other. The same number is typed into three places, and the third one is always stale.

Level two
Expert ReviewA deep analysis of the way your work flows: every process and every link between them, mapped end to end together with the people who run them. Nothing changes while we look. You get a findings report, in full depth.
