Measured, not eyeballed

Website Review

This website review is done with instruments, across up to 500 pages, on desktop and on mobile. We measure five areas: site speed by Core Web Vitals, Google's three page metrics; technical SEO, the signals search engines read; web accessibility to WCAG 2.2 level AA, the accessibility standard; forms; and broken journeys. You get a Findings Report and a Fix List within ten working days. Every row in the list points to a page, a number and a reason.

What is a Website Review?

A Website Review measures how the website works for visitors and search engines. A crawler records addresses, responses, indexing signals, canonical tags, titles and links; crawl data alone does not establish actual Google index status. Lighthouse and axe-core test representative templates on mobile and desktop. One of our reports, from 29 August 2026 (names removed), records 2,446 addresses and ten runs over five templates (a site of over 500 pages, agreed separately).

Then we check by hand what no tool can judge. The result is a report of findings ordered by impact, and a Fix List you can hand to any contractor.

Technical SEO is one of the five areas. Web accessibility and forms are also included in our standard review scope. For accessibility on its own there is the Digital Accessibility Review: a written report on up to 10 pages against WCAG 2.2 and the European Accessibility Act, plus your email and documents. This review measures accessibility across the whole site, up to 500 pages.

A tool score alone does not provide the reasoned, prioritised Fix List delivered by this review.

Who is this for?

What do we measure?

We measure five areas: site speed, search signals, web accessibility, forms and broken journeys, across the whole website up to five hundred pages, on desktop and on mobile. Larger sites are scoped separately.

How does it run?

  1. 01
Crawl. The first two days: the crawler goes through the whole site and records every page, link and number. Nothing changes.
  2. 02
Measure.Speed and accessibility with Lighthouse and axe-core, index and forms, page by page. Every number carries the page address and the time it was measured.
  3. 03
Check by hand. The key pages with a keyboard and a screen reader, the forms with a real submission, the journey to the enquiry end to end.
  4. 04
Report.Findings are ordered by impact and each one gets a reason, a page and a fix. We walk through the report on a call.

What do you get?

A Findings Report and a Fix List.

The report explains every finding with one screenshot, one number and one reason, so you understand it without us. The Fix List is ordered by impact, not by ease: first what loses you the most visitors, even when it is the hardest. Every row carries a page, what to do and how long it takes, so you can hand it to a contractor and check their invoice.

A row from one of our reports, a review of 29 August 2026 (names removed). Finding: 490 Bulgarian pages identify English pages as canonical, sending a signal about the preferred URL rather than a binding instruction to hide them. Fix: each Bulgarian page points to itself. Time: 3 working days, together with rows 2 to 4.

A sample report with names removed is available on request.

How long does it take?

The report reaches you within ten working days of the request. The walkthrough call is scheduled in the same week.

What happens next?

The list is yours. If you want, we work through it ourselves, one item at a time, with a check after each. If the website is due for replacement, the report becomes the brief for the new one and says what to keep from the old one.

Questions

How is this different from the free checkers online?

A free website health check or speed test, such as Google's PageSpeed Insights, gives a score from one tool for one page. We crawl the whole site, measure five areas, check the key pages by hand, and give you a Fix List with reasons.

How many pages does it cover?

The whole site up to five hundred pages, on desktop and on mobile. Larger sites are scoped separately.

Do you need access to the admin panel?

No. We measure the website as the visitor and the search engine see it. We ask for access only if we need to check a form that sends to your mailbox.

Does it include the fixes?

No. The review ends with a list any contractor can carry out. We do fixes separately, item by item, if you ask for them.

How soon will I see results in Google?

That depends on when the fixes are made and when Google recrawls the fixed pages; the review itself changes nothing on the site. Nobody can guarantee a ranking position, because Google does not publish exactly how it ranks. Every number in the report carries its date, so after a fix the same measurement shows what changed.

How long does the report stay current?

The numbers hold for the day they were measured and appear in the report with their date. The Fix List stays current until you change the website, for twelve months at most.

Do you also check visibility in ChatGPT and AI Overviews?

Partly. The review checks whether the site's robots.txt lets AI crawlers in, but it does not measure how often ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews name you; that is measured in a separate service, AI Search Visibility.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the number of pages and is written into the proposal before we measure. We confirm it by the end of the next working day (Sofia time) after we receive the website address.

Do you work with websites outside Bulgaria?

Yes. The measurement is done remotely and does not depend on the language of the website. The report comes in English or in Bulgarian, your choice.

Next step

We measure first. We talk second.

Send us the website address. We reply by the end of the next working day (Sofia time) with the scope confirmed and the day you will have the report.
